He provided hotel management and billing Softwares to various resorts and hotels across Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh and Delhi. His retail software is also very popular and has many subscribers throughout India.

This privacy policy has been compiled to better serve those who are concerned with how their 'Personally Identifiable Information' (PII) is being used online. PII, as described in US privacy law and information security, is information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person, or to identify an individual in context.

What personal information do we collect from the people that use our smart phone and web applications?

While registering on our phone or web application / website, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, Employee Details or other personal details of your employees and your company policies, to get you working on our applications.

Why we collect your information?

We make you enter this information so that on the basis of information entered by you, the software processes the data and creates the desired reports for you.

Secondly, we use the information we collect from you when you register, purchase application / subscription, to identify you so that, your purchased services are delivered to you and no one else can misuse the application / subscription purchased by you, by using your credentials.

How do we protect your information?

We only record only that information which is needed by our application to process salaries and other reports of our application. We never ask for credit card numbers or any passwords. We use regular Malware Scanning on our servers.

All information that you fill in the application / website is contained behind secured networks on our servers and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and with intention to provide better, error free, data processing services to you.

We implement a variety of security measures when a user enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information. However inspite of our best efforts, because of new emerging technologies day by day, we can assure you 99% security of your data not 100%.

Do we use 'cookies'?

We also occasionally use, firebase and other related applications to deliver notifications to your device. Presently we do not use any third party products apart from disclosed above but in future we may use any third party products, without any notice, to enhance our service and user experience, We may include or offer third-party products or services on our application / website. These third-party products / sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.

California Online Privacy Protection Act

CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. The law's reach stretches well beyond California to require any person or company in the United States (and conceivably the world) that operates websites collecting Personally Identifiable Information from California consumers to post a conspicuous privacy policy on its website stating exactly the information being collected and those individuals or companies with whom it is being shared.

If you choose use our smart phone applications / web applications/ websites, your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Policy and the website's and application terms of use.
